1. Booking Confirmation:
   • A minimum deposit of 20% of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking.
   • Full payment must be made at least 15 days before the start of the tour. Failure to make the full payment on time may result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund.
2. Cancellation Policy:
   • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour date will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
   • Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the tour date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
   • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
   • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date or for no-shows.

   • The tour operator is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or delays caused by natural disasters, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, government actions, or any other unforeseen events beyond their control.
   • The tour operator reserves the right to alter or cancel any part of the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or for the safety and well-being of travelers.

   • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit to travel. It is advisable to consult a doctor before embarking on the tour.
