My Trip Wale is a private firm that provides services for tours to aid guests who choose to travel to different places. My Trip Wale takes all the necessary measures to make sure that the services under our umbrella or the Independent Contractors providing these services through us are of top-notch quality and make the guests more comfortable and hassle-free. My Trip Wale chooses different parts of the tour like cabs, taxis, hotels, food, and accommodation and My Trip Wale does not have complete control over these parts of the services. My Trip Wale takes all the necessary steps required for our guest’s comfort, My Trip Wale should never be held responsible for any kind of death, injury, harm, or loss, caused by omission, default, or by the act of any of the management or employee of any of the Independent Contractor or agency.
All guests who register or book with us for any kind of tour package should read all the terms and conditions mentioned on this webpage and comply with the same. We are motivated to keep our guests informed by sending them tour-related instructions through calls, sms, and email. All the guests are expected to read the sms, and emails and listen to the calls made by us to stay updated and they are also advised to keep tabs on our terms and conditions page to stay updated about any modification.
(a) Acceptance through the Registration form
The signature of the guest on the registration form, and initial or full payment for the tour package online or in cash will be considered as an acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein. If there is more than one signature on the registration form, this will be considered an acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein by all the guests who have signed the registration form. Both address and identity proof are compulsory for booking tour packages and they should be carried throughout the tour.
(b) Special Attention
Special attention will not be provided to any person in a group traveling with a tour package provided by My Trip Wale. My Trip Wale, without being held responsible, will do its best to provide whatever is available to senior citizens and disabled people only if the necessary documents are provided at the time of registration and the request for special attention is given during registration. Most transportation services offered by us are not equipped with wheelchairs and other kinds of special attention required by senior citizens and disabled people.
(c) Intent to Engage
Payment made by guests for any tour package only indicates that the guest has the intent to participate in a specific tour package but doesn’t make him/her entitled to any of the services of the package like food, accommodation, tour guide, cabs until the full payment as mentioned on the website is made by the guest.
(d) Health Condition
Guests booking the tour package affirm that they know about the entire plan involved in the package and they are medically fit to tour according to the itinerary. The owner of My Trip Wale has the right to ask for a medical certificate declaring the health condition of the guest/s. Any guest with any type of medical condition acknowledges that he is choosing the tour package and going for the tour at his own risk. It is the responsibility of the guest to take care of the medical assistance needed during the tour, especially in the case of a medical emergency. In case of death during the tour, all the expenses related to it like repatriation of the dead body, postmortem, and death certificate shall be borne by the guest. My Trip Wale will also make efforts in such circumstances but cannot guarantee the same.
(e) Unbooked Guests
People who have not booked any tour package with us or people who are not part of the group who have booked the tour package with us are not allowed to avail of our services like hotel, food, tour guide, cab, etc.
(f) Modifications
Tour plans can change because of changes in climate, political situation, and many other unavoidable factors.
(a) Cancellation
If you cancel the booking 12 hours before the time of commencement of the tour, you are eligible for a refund after a deduction of 15% from the actual amount. If the cancellation is made within 12 hours of the pick-up time, the following rules will be applicable-

(b) For Nepal Trips
If the guest cancels the tour package within 10 days of the date of booking, the refund will be given to the guest after deducting 15% cancellation charges from the total amount. If the guest cancels the tour after 10 days of the date of booking, 21% cancellation charges will be applicable and the hotel expenses will not be refunded.
(c) Mode of Refund
If you are eligible for any type of refund according to our “Cancellation and Returns” policy above, the refund will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days. In case of any issue related to a refund, you can write to us at

(d) Change in Price
The prices of our tour packages and other services included in it can change because of different factors.
(a) Prior Payment
For all the tour packages (like Kailash Mansarovar tour) where a passport and visa are compulsory, guests are requested to book a valid passport for at least 6 months along with 6 passport-size photos and send them to the person in contact with at least 25% of the total trip cost at least 1 month before the commencement of the tour.
(b) Compulsory
All the travelers who have booked a tour package with us where a passport and visa are necessary should carry a valid passport and visa for at least 6 months. Visas can be obtained from the related embassy but keep in mind that the visa will always be stamped during check-in at the airport.
(c) Loss of Passport
Before or during the tour, My Trip Wale is not responsible for the loss and recovery of passport. Although My Trip Wale will put its best effort into helping the guest, we don’t guarantee the same.
(d) Unlawful Migration
My Trip Wale cannot be held responsible for any type of unlawful migration. It will be the sole responsibility of the embassy to issue the visa to the specific guest or group of guests.
(a) Basics
My Trip Wale books hotels for guests on their behalf at convenient locations subject to availability. Most of the rooms are equipped with private showers or bathrooms and an air conditioning or central heating facility is provided by the hotel based on different factors like climate, tour type, local system, etc. All the baggage and personal belongings kept in the hotel are the sole responsibility of guests and My Trip Wale cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any such belongings. Guests are expected to abide by the hotel policies and My Trip Wale has the right to change the hotel for guests as per the circumstances.
(b) Check-in and check-out time
Every hotel has its own check-in and check-out time and guests are expected to follow this rule. Any additional stay other than what we have in out tour package should be borne by the guest.
(c) Additional Facilities
Additional facilities available in hotels like laundry, restaurant food (other than what we have on our menu under the tour package), shopping, paid toilets, beverages, a mini bar, etc. should be paid for by the guest and will not be covered under the tour package provided by My Trip Wale.
My Trip Wale strives to choose the best restaurant and best combination of food for en-route but we don’t have direct control over hygiene, maintenance, and food quality. We have proper timing for everyday meals so that our guests are never hungry but any other meal or food item chosen by our guests that is not covered under our tour plan should be borne by the guest.
