Itinerary Overview

Day 01: Transfer from Varanasi to Lumbini. Evening at leisure. Overnight in Lumbini.

Exclusion

Incidentals (Services Not Included in the Package)

  • All monuments and entrance fees.
  • Boating fees at Fewa Lake.
  • Activities fees during the trip.
  • Expenses for personal consumables (laundry, telephone, tips, extra beverages, etc.).
  • Additional sightseeing or extra usage of the vehicle, other than mentioned in the package above.
  • Fees for photography and video devices wherever applicable.
  • Insurance against loss or theft of property.
  • Medical assistance beyond first aid.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking and Payment:

    • A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost is required at the time of booking.
    • Full payment must be made 30 days before the departure date.
    • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.

  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: 25% of the total cost will be charged.
    • Cancellation 15-29 days before departure: 50% of the total cost will be charged.
    • Cancellation less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total cost will be charged.

  3. Amendments:

    • Any changes to the itinerary must be requested in writing and may be subject to additional charges.
    • Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

  4. Travel Insurance:

    • Travel insurance is not included but is highly recommended.
    • The traveler is responsible for obtaining insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other travel-related risks.

  5. Passport and Visas:

    • Travelers are responsible for ensuring their passports are valid for at least six months beyond the travel dates.
    • Necessary visas and permits must be obtained before departure.

  6. Health and Safety:

    • Travelers must inform the tour operator of any pre-existing medical conditions.
    • The tour operator is not liable for any medical issues or emergencies during the trip.

    • The tour operator is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by factors beyond their control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation delays.
    • The tour operator reserves the right to alter the itinerary if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

    • Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in the traveler being removed from the tour without refund.
